Everything you need to know about accessing your paper after purchase — from the download link to opening your password-protected PDF.
Complete your purchase
Choose your pack and pay securely via Stripe. No account is needed — just your name and email address at checkout. Make sure the email address you enter is one you have access to, as it is used to open your PDF.
Important: Use an email address you can easily type. You will need to enter it exactly — including the same upper or lower case — to open your PDF.
Download your PDF
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download button will appear on the screen. Click it to save your PDF to your device. The download is also available for a short period after purchase — we recommend saving it to a safe location immediately.
Save your file: Download links expire after 24 hours. If you lose access before then, contact us and we will re-issue your download.
Open with your email address
Your PDF is password protected. When you open it, your PDF reader will ask for a password. Enter the email address you used at checkout — exactly as you typed it — and the paper will open.
Works with: Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on Mac, and most modern PDF readers on phones and tablets. If prompted, download Adobe Acrobat Reader free from adobe.com.
Print or use on screen
Once open, you can print the paper at home or work through it on a tablet or laptop screen. All papers are formatted for A4 printing. Each paper is watermarked with the Essex11Plus Hub name to protect our copyright — this appears faintly in the background and does not interfere with the questions.
