These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through essex11plushub.co.uk, operated by Essex 11 Plus Hub, registered in England. By placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

We sell the following digital products and services:
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. A VAT invoice is issued to you automatically by Stripe upon payment.
Please read carefully before purchasing a PDF download. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases. However, this right is lost once you begin downloading the content, provided you have been informed of this and have given your explicit consent. By completing your purchase of a PDF download, you confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you begin the download.
Once you have downloaded your PDF, we are unable to offer a refund except in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy.
Following successful payment, a download link will appear on-screen. This link expires after 24 hours. Your PDF is password-protected using the email address you provided at checkout. You must enter that email address exactly as typed to open the file.
If you experience difficulty accessing your PDF due to a technical fault on our part, please contact us at essex11plushub@gmail.com and we will re-issue your download.
Assessment bundles are prepaid for a 4-week period. Assessments are delivered within a reasonable time following receipt of the submitted work, and in most cases within a few hours. Assessments are conducted against FSCE and CSSE marking criteria and are provided for guidance purposes only — they do not constitute a guarantee of exam performance.
Submissions should be sent to essex11plushub@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Please do not include your child's full name, school name, or date of birth in submissions.

When you purchase a PDF, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own child's private study. You may not:
